Account and payment information

A clear understanding.

Practical information about your Coinavio account and the payment flow.

Service terms

Merchant activation follows email verification and a manual business review. Invoices are priced in USD; balances and withdrawals remain in the selected cryptocurrency. Payment processing fees are shown in your dashboard. The 0% introductory processing fee lasts for 6 months after merchant approval; withdrawal network fees still apply.

Privacy & account data

Account access uses authentication cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. Registration and merchant review use the account and business details you provide. Invoices, payment addresses and on-chain transactions form part of the payment record. Keep API keys and webhook secrets on your server, and manage account security in Settings.

Custody & safeguards

Payments are credited to per-coin merchant balances after the required blockchain confirmations. A double-entry ledger records payment movements, available balances and locked funds. Withdrawal requests require two-factor authentication and email confirmation. Flagged requests receive manual review.

The treasury policy uses configurable hot-wallet thresholds and designated cold-wallet addresses. Balances are held within the platform until a withdrawal completes to your own wallet. Select the exact asset and network shown at checkout; an incorrect network or missing required memo can prevent a payment from being matched.

Service status

A public live availability feed is not currently connected to this site. Check individual invoice statuses and blockchain confirmations in your dashboard. The checkout sheet refreshes payment status automatically while a payment is active.
